By accessing and using SlumpAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily use SlumpAI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
The materials on SlumpAI are provided on an "as is" basis. SlumpAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
In no event shall SlumpAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SlumpAI.
The materials appearing on SlumpAI could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
SlumpAI is an AI-powered tool designed to provide estimated slump values of fresh concrete based on user-submitted video footage. The App is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional engineering testing, certification, or compliance with local building codes or regulations
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind regarding: • The accuracy or reliability of slump estimates, • The suitability of the App for any specific use, • Or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You acknowledge that concrete behaviour is complex and influenced by factors not always detectable by image or video inputs. All use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Survival Technologies Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability—including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—arising from or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to: • Delays in construction, • Incorrect material specification, • Compliance failures, • Personal injury, • Or equipment or structural failures.
You are solely responsible for: • Ensuring any decisions based on the App’s output are reviewed and verified, • Uploading appropriate and high-quality videos for estimation, • Adhering to applicable industry practices and standards. Do not rely solely on SlumpAI for concrete compliance, certification, or mix approvals.
Users may optionally upload videos with known slump measurements (“calibration data”). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use this data for the purpose of improving the App’s AI performance. No personally identifiable data will be shared publicly or sold.
All content, trademarks, logos (including the SlumpAI logo), software, and materials in the App are the exclusive property of Survival Technologies Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without express written permission.
